Information we collect

When you contact the Channing Hall PTO or sign up for email updates, we collect only the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, optional phone number, subject, and message.

How we use information

We use submitted information to respond to questions, coordinate volunteers and PTO activities, and send updates when you explicitly request them. We do not sell personal information.

Storage and retention

Form submissions may be stored in this WordPress site and sent to the PTO email account. PTO administrators should periodically remove submissions that are no longer needed. Please do not submit sensitive student, medical, financial, or authentication information through this site.

Third-party services

The shop links to Square, which applies its own privacy practices. Hosting, caching, spam protection, and email-delivery providers may process limited technical data needed to operate the site.
